Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Calgary

Horrible Experience. Avoid this place. My experience with Pizza Hut has gone down the drain over the past three episodes at this location. At this location they take a medium size pizza and stretched it to a large to save dough and cut corners. As if that was not enough, the pizza lacked flavor, compromised on cheese, the sauce and toppings. Moreover the bread sticks lacked flavor and were unbaked. I launched a complaint with Pizza Hut last Sunday. I have not heard from anyone. Why go to this place when there are others who are vying for your business. I wish someone from Corporate is making notes. The telephone lines at this location do not work and the place is reeking with absolutely no regard for social distancing and masks. If I could give 1/2 a star I would have. The manager and the crew are absolutely nonchalant and least bothered about customer service. I think they are just billing the owner for hours...and biding time. Avoid this location...

We ordered a whole bunch of pizzas, breadsticks, and wings for a small outdoor gathering and had it delivered; the customer service representative I spoke to at the store was super helpful and courteous. She made sure my order was correct and that it would be delivered on time.

Despite being a large order ($170 worth of pizza and sides) the delivery driver made sure everything was brought to me hot and on-time.

The pizzas were fantastic; everyone enjoyed them. The crust was very airy and crisp, and the toppings were plentiful. The wings were delicious and fresh.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited over two hours for pizza and after calling was told that it had been delivered 20 minutes earlier. This was entirely incorrect as we had not even left the house and there were no foot steps in the snow leading up to the house. Instead of working to correct the issue the driver argued with us on the phone stating that our pizza must have been taken because had delivered it even arguing that he had rang our doorbell (which he had not). It is entirely possible that it was delivered to the wrong house however the issue should have been rectified instead of wasting our time arguing with us. Incredibly unprofessional staff. DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING...
