Jugo Juice Concourse A — Restaurant in Calgary

This is the worse Jugo Juice I had ever been to. Shouldn’t airport retailer have better service??? If I could give ZERO star, I would!!! I was standing at the POS for a few minutes before I got any service. Both ladies saw me walk up and decided to finish their stuff first before even coming over to help me. One lady was cleaning at the back and one lady is doing package. They could at least say “I will be right there”, instead of just looked at me and ignored me.

I ordered a drink and a breakfast warp from this location because I was hungry. I been to Jugo Juice enough to know that there’s combo price when you order both item at the same time but she charged me full price. When I confronted her about the price, she tried to made up some excuse saying that breakfast wrap is $5.95 and already gave you discount and charge you $4.25.

Next time before lying to someone. Make sure you know your product. And clearly there is a price tag right on the wrap saying it is $4.25. She finally refund me the difference but instead of taking out from the POS. She shakes it out of the donation box.

Will never buy anything from this Jugo Juice...

So my friend and I went to this location and by far it was the worst experience of my life. We ordered an orange juice and instead of making a fresh one for us, this lady decides to give us an orange juice that was made 2 hours ago And tasted funny( in a super disgusting way) and when we confronted her she started arguing with us and stated that it will take "10 oranges to make a new cup" and "it will take forever to make 2 cups of orange juice, even though we paid for them and even though thats her job and she's making money for doing this job. She totally refused to make new fresh OJ for us and stated "I will be closing in 10 mins" even though there was still an hour left for closing according to their own business hours. Sighhh. We will never be going here again. Such rude behaviour and such bad customer service. I cant beleive someone will refuse to do their job like that. This event happened February 18th at exactly 10pm. I don't know this girls name but if the manager decides to read this, I would love it if you fire her and hire some deserving person who got some skills on dealing...

Ok I ordered a big BLUEBERRY protein. Normally I just wait, this time I was watching the lady make it, as it was just where I was stationed. As I watched her, she placed a pre-made package of (ice, half a banana and NO JOKE 3 blueberries! 3! Like why call it a BIG blueberry 🫐 if you are going to prepackage only 3 blueberries. Call it what it is -an apple juice protein shake. I asked the lady if she could add more blueberries as there was only 3, her response was “but it’s pre packaged” yeah …. Ok… but you pre packaged them in the back, with blueberries- She smirked and grabbed a handful more from the back- this tastes nothing like the shake I normally order and she forgot the yogurt. LAZY staff, slow and just no care. Just know don’t order from here ever unless you are ok with overpriced disappointment I am a business owner too, and it’s tough to find good staff! BUT I do, and companies that charge 13/14$ for a drink at the airport and it’s more $$$ should be finding good employees too and offer...
