Netsui Sushi & Japanese Grill — Restaurant in Calgary

I never thought I’d be raving about airport sushi, but this spot completely blew me away. The food was fresh and clearly made with care. It was beautifully presented, and the flavors were clean, balanced, and absolutely delicious.

What really stood out was the attention to detail despite being a fast food concept. The portion size for the Tuna Poke bowl was more than generous. Also, the price was very reasonable (less than $15 USD).

If you’re passing through the airport and want something that doesn’t compromise on taste or quality, this place is a must. Hands down one of the best airport meals...

Best Airport food ever! Was not expecting much from a sushi place in an airport but man did this deliver. Priced right, Japanese-style attention to detail in presentation and freshness. We had the salmon poke bowl and all of our family wanted to hang out longer at the airport just to eat at Netsui again. Beef teriyaki was overly salty, it doesn’t taste like teriyaki at all. I came back to ask for a teriyaki sauce and commented on the worker that it was really salty. All they said is maybe we can give you more rice to neutralize the saltiness. The teriyaki sauce they gave me was watery and salty as well. I was hoping for a thicker and sweet teriyaki sauce.
