Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

My family and I have been ordering take out from this Little Caesars location since I can remember. Never once have we been presented with a poorly made product. I mean, the crazy bread is so good I’d eat it even if it wasn’t hot n’ ready (it always is).

We always know what we’re getting when we order, and you can tell that consistency and quality matters to the team at Acadia. It has gotten to the point that every family gathering or reunion has to have at least three large four topping pizzas and no less than four bags of their delicious crazy bread.

The manager Darwin, and his staff are some of the most welcoming and easy going people I have met. Every single time I have gone in to pickup our massive orders they have been accommodating (my sister has a severe dairy allergy and they are able to make her a pizza she can eat with her required accommodations). On MULTIPLE occasions they have even sent out an employee to HELP me bring the plethora of boxes and bags to my vehicle. I remember the day I went to pickup an order for Super Bowl Sunday… I had recently fractured my wrist and the manager himself carried my entire order out for me… noticing that there was still ice on their parking lot. I will NEVER forget that experience.

Called ahead and asked what pizzas they had hot and ready and they told me only 1 pepperoni pizza so I said okay I’m coming in to order a few more pizzas. After discussing with the person I was picking pizzas up for I come in and pay and add things to my order. The lady who took my order had a cheese pizza which I didn’t need and the owner proceeded to tell me if I didn’t buy it he was going to throw it in the garbage and I said I’m not paying for a pizza I don’t need and I also added on two additional items and the owner continued with terrible customer service expressing how he had to throw it out and it’s wasteful etc. needless to say this was terrible customer service especially from the owner of the franchise. Before even leaving with my food they added the cheese pizza to the warmer again with the rest of the hot and ready pizzas and the pizza was sold before the 15 minutes I was waiting for my food. Our kids found this piece of metal in our pizza from Fairmont Little Caesars. We called to let the manager know about this. Darwin was nothing but rude to me. Said it was no big deal as the kids couldn't swollow that big of piece of metal. He did confirm that the metal was from their restaurant. He then said to complain to Skip The Dishes as he has nothing to do with it. Unbelievable. This is a sharp piece of rusted metal. We had a lot of little ones eating this pizza. and i'm just glad they didn't get hurt. You gotta be better then this Little Caesars.
