Great pizza. Horrible customer service.
Went in to pick up my pizza at the time they told me it would be ready. After paying I was told it would be about "6 more minutes" because their ovens were "backed up". I stood there for 15 mins being ignored before I finally grabbed someone and asked if they could check on my pizza. She came back 3 mins later and told me it was "just coming out of the oven now". Then I stood and waited another 6 minutes before it finally came out. They very obviously forgot to even make the pizza and started making it after I arrived and paid. Then lied and said "6 mins" because they didn't want to deal with it. Just be honest with your customers! Don't lie to our faces and think we don't know what's going on. While I was waiting, another customer who came in maybe 10 mins after me, was also told 6 min wait. Only they actually brought his pizza out within that timeframe., while I was still standing...
ย ย ย Read moreHave been coming to tops for years now and it never disappoints. I've tried almost everything on the menu and have never been left dissatisfied. The pizza which is their main seller is loaded with toppings which is something I love. Most other places I order from I have to ask for extra toppings but tops pizza doenst cheap out. They have a great selection of draft beer that they seem to rotate through. The music Tune go hosted every Friday night who is hosted by Armen is so much and they even give out prizes to the winners! All the servers are amazing.. always so friendly and on top of it making sure drinks are never empty which is something I appreciate. The manager and Owner Peter is always coming out to talk to customers to ask how they are enjoying things and is quick to make things right when ever a very rare hiccup happens. If you are looking for a place for amazing food, drinks and people that's Tops pizza is...
ย ย ย Read moreFantastic experience! I had the opportunity to talk to the owner and he confirmed that it is STILL a family owned and operated business since I was a kid, (Iโm now 51)! The business just barely survived the pandemic. Thank goodness they succeeded! Pizza from here was a Friday night tradition for years growing up in this neighborhood. I would guess the last time I had a pizza from here was in about 1989. Moved away and life went on. Just happened to be driving by tonight on my way to visit my Dad in the house I grew up in. Saw that they were open and THANKFULLY stopped in for a bite. I never imagined that eating a pizza would be an emotional experience but everything was EXACTLY the same as I remember from my younger years, in a good way! Absolutely delicious pizza, amazing service, and a good โol conversation with the owner that you just donโt get anymore. Many menu options but I would say GO FOR THE PIZZA!...
