Absolutely horrible service this is the second time they messed my order I went in their yesterday confirmed with them twice about having half spicy chicken and half regular chicken in the counter ordered with the lady then ordered their special 9 piece chicken and some pies paid $46 bucks went home the is wrong no spicy chicken called the store spoked to the Manager his talks was high he said he is conducting a meeting shortly after my call explained him situation told me he will call back after his inspection to the scenario and get back to me in 2 hours 4 hours pass no call I called them back spoke to the supervisor Nitin his manager was right next to he he said sir you have a phone the manager responded ohh take the number I told Nitin he told me he was going to call me back he said he will sir no call pathetic service while I was talking to manager I said I did wanted to notify you about the service so I personally called he said oh sure sir I will look into this I said I had a huge craving for spicy chicken so I bought it he said I understand I will figure this out but no that was just a way of him I guess to tell me this is the level of service I provide, you don’t deserve to be manager you don’t have neither empathy neither the way to talk over the phone your subordinate Nitin was way better then you he was very willing to help learn something from him before you make face customer add some values to your service it reflects the core of your store because of you while manager was talking to me he mentioned his staff are doing this mistake all the time and he have been hearing this all the time that’s why he was conducting this meeting as well certainly it was untrue never coming back never recommending anyone you need a training as a manager or this job is not a...
Read moreI waited almost 10 minutes while being first in line before I was greeted and helped. The person behind me eventually left without ordering. Can't say I blamed them. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my food.
This wouldn't have been that bad if the only employee working at the front hadn't taken a 3-5 minute phone-in order while myself and the person behind me were still waiting to be served.
The employee seemed to have little to no sense of urgency, even though there was one customer waiting for their order, and two more waiting to be served (myself included).
I don't expect someone to be in a total panic, or for them help me out of the order in which I was in the line.
Greater emphasis from management on properly staffing a restaurant on a Friday night is in order.
Greater attention to customer service priorities would help too. Customers waiting in line come first. You should only take phone calls while you have customers waiting in front of you if it's a very quick/simple inquiry, or, preferably, if you're going to put the caller on hold or take a quick message.

Read moreI visited Mary Brown for the first time today and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. We ordered honey chicken wings, expecting a sweet and flavorful dish. Instead, we received dry wings with some kind of masala on top, completely lacking any honey flavor. Next, we ordered buffalo wings and specifically asked the girl at the order counter if they would be too tangy or spicy. She assured us they wouldn't be. However, when the order arrived and we opened the lid, the overwhelming tangy fragrance was unbearable. The wings were super tangy to the point of being inedible. I approached the girl at the counter to express our grievances, but she responded with an indifferent attitude, saying "it is what it is." There was no compassion or effort to rectify the situation. To add to our disappointment, the burger we ordered was cold, and we noticed other customers were also complaining about their food.
Long story short, this was our first and last visit to Mary Brown. We regret wasting...
