This dark dingy dungeon of an Opa is easily the best Opa I've ever been to. Got a plate so large I was full for 5 hours afterwards and felt like I had to take a nap. To all you talking bad about the staff: They have to serve food to undergraduates during lunch hours. I think you're severely underestimating just how awful that is for fast food employees to deal with. They are absolutely within their right to hate their life visibly and openly. And lemme tell you the secret to getting GREAT customer service, especially at this location: Call the men behind the counter "man," "sir," or "bro," and say those magical words "please" and "thank you." Very very poor customer service. I ordered a sulvaki and salad. Greek salad and gyro. was charged $10.49 for it. They gave me just the salad and gyro. When I asked why the pita bread was not in the order, the lady said that she just took my salad and gyro order even though I ordered the combo. The sulvaki and salad is an actual combo order that everyone orders and the price is the same. She got such a simple order wrong and on top of it made no attempt to fix it. I’m a regular customer of this Opa location at the UofC & I have noticed that every time they give such low quantity. I pay $7.99 for the falafel fries & the first few times I got 4 falafels and a good amount of fries but now they give less than half of the container with fries and 3 falafels. I asked the guy for one more falafel because 4 is what they usually give & he gave me a falafel but took out some fries. He had such a bad look on his face. I’m never going to this place again.
