I really like Jugo Juice smoothies! Great choice for a healthy option on campus

However... Echoing some of the common concerns from the other reviews, I've had two bad experiences at this location.

This location sometimes rushes the order. Last time I ordered the mocha smoothie, it was not blended enough and I ended up biting something hard in my smoothie.

Another concern is the distracted staff. I came by around 3pm today and the cashier was sitting looking at his phone near the back. I tried calling to him at least 5 times, and then went closer and called again. Probably he was on break or something, but it would have been nice if he acknowledged me, or maybe he was too distracted and didn't hear me. It looks like other reviews have had this same issue at this location so just know what to expect. I still eat here sometimes because it's one of the few healthier options on campus but just gotta know it's not the quality y'all might expect from...

I've been here twice now and dont recommend. I love jugo juice usually, but this location is not the best. first time i went here they got my smoothie order wrong and i didnt realize until i got to class and only ended up having 2 sips of a $7 drink. second time i went here i got a grilled cheese and the cheese wasnt even melted. On top of that it was just my friend and I at the place and it took longer than usual to get our items.
