EDIT: I ended up talking to someone and he was able to resolve and apologize for this instance.
I ordered delivery directly from the subway app to my school which was about 5 minutes away. First off, the people at the restaurant had no idea that my order existed, so I gave up and ordered new food as my lunch break was ending. After 2 hours, I ended up checking my phone and saw a message that the driver just arrived. 2 hours is far too long of a time for 2 sandwichs. The delivery driver was also a little angry at us, even though the food came 2 hours later, and it was cold. I contacted the restaurant, and they said to submit a claim online. I did that, and got an email from the owner saying that he apologizes, and will try to not let that happen again, but there was nothing about a reimbursement. I had to ask for my receipt. It wasn't offered to me. Cashier was ready to throw it away, preventing me from using subwaylistens.ca effectively. But thankfully I received it.
They've blacked out/hidden the prices on their menu and that is unfair to the common consumer. Take a look at the photo posted. (Circles with hidden prices. They were coloured out. Pay attention to "Beverages" section, no options or prices visible to customers.)
