Most of the time it’s ok, I’ve ordered before but always do pickup. I ordered a small pizza and 8 boneless wings for delivery. The estimated time was 90 minutes, which was so long but fine. It ended up taking 2 hours.
I called the store a couple times and each time they said the driver was out for delivery and they couldn’t get ahold of him. They also said I was his only delivery. The driver finally showed up and said sorry it’s late but the store was so busy. At this point he would’ve been out from the store with my pizza for probably 20-25 minutes based on what the phone operator said. I only live a 3-minute drive away (14-minute walk). I don’t know what took so long but I really didn’t appreciate being lied to.
I finally sat down to eat my pizza and it sucked too :( The operator at least credited my phone number for the cost of the pizza (minus taxes/tip) but I wish I just cancelled the whole order...

I put in an order for delivery and after 40 minutes (presumably after the pizza was made), they called me and asked if I could come in and pick it up instead as they said they were having delivery driver issues but could not elaborate. Their pizza is usually good for a chain restaurant, but I'd appreciate it more if they informed me of delivery driver issues right after the order goes through, and not 40 minutes after the order was put in and pizza made already....
Read moreThey forgot one of our pop bottles through Uber Eats, the driver let me know that was all he received. I contacted customer service (Panago), only to be told he couldn't do any thing and to ask the driver to go back. The driver had already left and it wasn't his fault. I asked to be transferred to the store, but the customer service agent said he could not do that because "the supervisor is busy" first & last time ordering LOL. At least I'll get a refund in only 10...
