Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Calgary

Where to begin, the worse pizza 73 location ever! Whenever I have ordered from them i always had an issue! Avoid this place they do not care about their customers! I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza it was super dry no sauce & barely any chicken on it. I then called back customer service to complain as I had guests over. They said no worries they’ll replace the pizza I waited about an hour for replacement. Then they called back saying they want to see the pizza I said no worries. When they delivery guy came & saw the pizza he nodded his head & was disappointed aswell with the pizza but he had to call the owner when they owner saw the pizza there were few slices missing in the pizza he refused to replace the pizza & told the delivery person not to deliver the pizza. Mind you I had guests with kids waiting. They did not care whatsoever! This was a very traumatizing experience! They need to change...

Pizza 73 is a great pizza place I need to start with that. This review is based off the Calgary country hills location. I’m not going to rant but this place really provides horrible service. The supervisor is very harsh and rude. They have forgotten half my order twice upon delivery. And I can’t begin to tell you how the “supervisor” handled it. I don’t know what else to say. Please choose another location to order from and make a stand against places and people like this that take the time to really make it hard to feel like your money is being well spent. They do not and I mean do not love you to the pizza 73 standard. The other locations hit the standard way better. We ordered a thin crust pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and when we got the pizza home, it wasn’t thin crust and was very dry. There wasn’t any sauce on the pizza and there wasn’t extra cheese! We contacted customer service and the lady was going to replace the pizza with no charge! Then the the employee from the store called us and attempted to tell us that there wasn’t anything wrong with our pizza!! Argued with us that the pizza was fine! Since when does employees of a business argue with a customer!! Then another customer service rep was very rude with us and informed us that there would not be a replacement pizza! I would suggest to other people to never order from this location! I will not do business with a company that argues with there customer!
