If I could give zero i would. The customers service was so disgusting. The manager palas Patel was the most disgusting human as far as customer service. I spent $23 on a 10.99 deal because I opted for lots of extra stuff. I did not recieve some of that stuff. When I called. He told me I was lying and he would "check the cameras" when I called back (he never did) he told me they counted on the cameras the exact amount of things they put and called me a liar several times. He was insanely rude. Told me to calm down and be quiet. Said absolutely he wouldn't not do anything for me because I lied and they followed standards. It was also undercooked on the bottom and NOT to the standards I've known for almost 20 years. When i mentioned that also was a thing (i was going to out it jn the air fryer) he said "ohhhhh now its not cooked tooooooo". So. Condescending. I have pics man. I told him that. Additionally the tracking didn't work and he lied to me and said it's because it only works online and I ordered on the phone and I didn't....I ordered online. The poor driver couldn't get up the elevator because I didn't know he was here. My boyfriend is so livid at the way this man acted towards me. I paid MONEY for a product I was NOT GIVEN. And then LIED TO about. Over $23. Which is more so an individual in this economy than a restaurant. And the fact that he kept saying i was lying was insane and disgusting. I have 3 photos as proof. Which. I told your manager. So. Many. Times. He kept saying send it to the email i got. After telling him countless times. I didn't get. The email. Or a reciept for that matter. NEver ever giving money to this establishment again and will be sharing with everyone I know.
I almost forgot to mention when I called back the guy who answered said oh you must be the chick that just complained. So the "manager" was also talking about me out loud to the staff. The professionalism there is disgusting and as a cooperation you need to check stuff like this more. Things around here go under very easy. In the economy
Just ask the guy who also recently wrote a review and your manager very very rudely shamed him for the event using bold aggressive and condescending words. I have a screenshot of that, as well.

I tried to order online today, the 10.00 online deal of the day. The website did not accept my postal code to find my local delivery or pickup pizza hut. I tried different browswers, all the same. I called 310.1010 and told them and they put me through to the online support team. That gentleman tried to help me and was able to replicate the problem on his computer too; now I should say I have lived here for 5 years and we have ordered delivery and pickup from this location to our local pizza hut (listed above) multiple times. The gentleman at the online support team said I needed to call 310.1010 and they could help me. I called 310.1010 and they said I had to call the store to get the online deal, they tried to tansfer me but i was back in touch with the 310.1010 line, and she tried again to transfer me to the local store... that time it worked. I explained the situation and the rep said they couldn't give me a pizza at that price as it had to be done online, but wanted me to try and place an order for a different address and then she'd manipulate it online. That seemed convoluted. I told her I have ordered many times, then she said she'd call me back. 5 minutes later she called me back and asked me to place it as a pickup, where I informed her that I tried that but the website wouldn't accept that either. Read moreOn October 8 I ordered x 1 large and x 3 medium pizzas from this location, which I picked up. When I got home, I noted the large pizza didn't look right, since it was suppose to be have extra cheese on it and the sauce was visible in patches. I reached out to Ms. Alysia whom I spoke to over the phone and sent her pics via email of the pizza in question and she replied stating the manager Mr. Maulik Patel will connect with me on the following day. No call was received, so I eventually rang in on October 21 and had the displeasure of speaking to Mr. Maulik Patel (General Manager), who was rude, unruly and expressed derogatory comments accepting he failed to connect with me and stating there was nothing wrong with the pizza, suggesting I was in the wrong and displayed a dismissive kindergarten like attitude. I have never come across such a disrespectful person before who has a total disregard for the goodwill that Pizza Hut has established over many years and is in serious need of immediate training, which I hope he gets before more customers are lost.
