PizzaForno — Restaurant in Calgary

Would love to try this place but their management of this pizza vending machine seems to be very poor. Last week I checked the website before heading over to make sure they had stock. I arrived and was able to order, but a few minutes later the order was stopped and an error message appeared on the screen. I’ve been on campus nearly everyday since and have been checking it on my way to lunch. The error message is still there and their website says they are out of stock. They claim to be available 24/7 yet don’t seem to stock and maintain the machine enough to keep that promise! Customers shouldn’t be expected to call them to remind them of basic necessities for operation. Will update this review if I ever get the chance...

If it’s the middle of the night and everything else is closed… then go for it. It’s… edible. But pretty much any other time I’d say it’s def worth the walk to get some good food somewhere else. It’s certainly convenient, but the taste is not worth $10.

(Also important to note that I’m quite sure the majority of these other reviews are from one free pizza event they had in 2023. Just throwing...

Gotta appreciate a pizza at 2 in the morning. Enough heat for a bit of char even! However, it is still a frozen pizza and the cardboard on the bottom keeps it from being cooked to the same extent as the top which I thought was quite good. Overall, a good experience and I would repeat if stuck on campus...
