Food flavour at his location is 5 stars. They are very consistent in making sure the quality is there. No complaints on that. Also, note that this rating is only on the drive thru aspect and not for dine in because I have never have had experience a dine in a this location. Is very small and gets very crowded.
The reason I’m giving this location 1 out of 5 stars is because of the poor lack of attention from the staff before handing in food to the customer. There is always something missing from your order and / or lids or boxes are not properly closed causing gravies or other items to be everywhere by the time you arrive to your destination. Each and every single time I have ordered from here I had to turn around and grab what they missed. This is constant. I have visited three times this month and each and every single time there was an issue with my order. For example, I ordered fries and gravy as additional items. I parked to make sure everything was in there since there mistakes are constant. I noticed they put the gravy container inside of the fries box and they only put less than a quarter of fries in the regular container. I had to waste 10 minutes to go back in line since it was a very busy weekend. On top of that, last night we stopped again and one three items were missing! We already waited 10 minutes in the parking for our order to be ready and we did not check. When we got to our destination it was too late to drive back. Always check your items when you...
Read moreIf you go through the drive thru make sure you check your order fully before leaving. At least three different times I have gone there they will upsell me on an item I was not planning on (ie. would you like to try our popcorn shrimp? Would you like to try our new nuggets?) and because their food is usually excellent when it’s fresh (hopefilly) I keep saying “yes.” I’m starting to think they intentionally leave it out of your bag in the hopes they don’t have to give you any product for the extra money you paid. The first time it happened I chalked it to an honest mistake. 2nd time, I was wise enough to check my order before driving off and got it sorted out by coming into the restaurant. The third time it happened I started to suspect they’re told by management to basically do their best to shortchange the customer. I’ve talked about this with friends and family because we are all fans of the chain, and they have all had at least one similar instance at this particular location. My brother doesn’t even think it’s worth supporting this location anymore no matter how good their food is. My boyfriend just ordered for us last night and I reminded him about their suspected “bait and switch.” He forgot about my warning and when he came home he had two bottles of apple juice instead of the pops we ordered. I think it’s time for me to give up as well now. They either don’t care about double checking their work or this is all intentional to make a bit more profit with...

The chicken was good, and the fact their soft drinks werent working was NO problem. But two things were so off, I had leave this.
The Sides - I have never had onion things this bad before. Cooked only so they looked it, only one was crisped. Beneath it, was almost raw dough, and more than one was multiple rings congealed it into a hula hoop of flour (you can actually see it lurking below the top onion ring).
The Survey - just as I had discovered the onion wrecks, a man came to our table asking how things were. My friend said "good" and before I could speak, he asked us if we'd like to fill out a survey for some free food. I said sure, and he then said he'd get everything ready if I would give him my phone briefly.
Thinking it was just to ensure the correct store was chosen, date and time, etc, I agreed. He got it setup, and passed back my phone, saying I just had to put in my email address. As I did, and pressed the next prompt- I suddenly realized he'd filled the entire survey out. With barely a blink, he disappeared without asking what I wanted, returning with a biscuit and (1) chicken piece. And in a blurr- he went to another table. I was stunned.
Since my friend had paid for the food I held off complaining. And maybe they were busy so- things happen. But the "filling out customer surveys" and quality control I encountered...
