Today, Dec. 17,2020, 5:30pm. I asked my husband to buy food as I don’t want cook food. He went to subway to buy for us. I never like raw onion since birth 😁so i asked for NO ONION and okay for the rest my 6inches roasted chicken sub. And my husband ordered 6inches koolkats too but the guy in subway gave him12inches which he doesn’t really care. But mine? i do care cuz he put RAW ONION in my sub and i wasn’t happy of it. I never like onion raw and i was disappointed when i checked it. It’s cold to walk back again to change it so i just picked up all onions and throw it and eat up the rest. Which was I don’t enjoy as i still can taste onion all over. I never hated onion if its cooked. I just never like the taste of it when its raw. My point is, THEY SHUD LISTEN OF WHATS CUSTOMERS ORDER BEFORE DOING IT AND DO IT RIGHT. Worst subway in Calgary. If you order online they will definitely screw it up. When you visit they are consistently rude and incompetent. You would think they grew the vegetables themselves with how stingy they are. Tried to order a rice bowl with rotisserie chicken today and she told me I had to order a green goddess and pay more for chicken. I asked to just charge me for a chicken bowl which subway does all the timeand she just started flexing on me that she's the manager and she makes the rules. Well I guess they had to just throw it out because I left and went 5 min down the street where they happily abliged. I'll drive the extra 5 min from now on to the one by co-op. Peace get...
