Good: Thank you Nicole for providing the perfect amount of hotsauce. I appreciate your communication skills! Good service from you. It took 9 minutes to serve my meal, it's acceptable. Food was hot and crispy!

Bad: An employee ate food behind the counter infront of customers, Sheryl needs more training for a $30 purchase, NO American Express Accepted at this store.

Story: Employee "Jyoti" was eating in the kitchen in plain-view, while customers were waiting for food. I think she is a manager (black uniform). She was wearing her airpods and eating out of a Popeyes container. Even made eye contact! Doesn't look good to eat food behind the counter while on the line of duty in a restaurant.

I understand that some form of management sets high expectations for cashiers to try and upsell meal sizes. I had politely refused the upsell 2 times. On the third attempt, I had to ask the employee "Sheryl" if they'd like to take my order as stated or should I leave. It was a frustrating matter considering I had decided what I wanted 15 minutes prior to entering the restaurant. I felt pressured as a customer when I was asked "why don't you want two sides". I expressed my opinion and she didn't like it. As refutation, she gave me a blank look and paused for about 30 seconds. Not entering my order. Instead, she should have carried on and placed my order. Rather than trying to upsell again and make the order process complicated. Let alone, delaying the customers behind me. Sorry to others for the unnecessary holdup.

One more thing, this location doesn't accept American Express. I was refused by the employee before attempting to use the card. Thankfully I have backup cards and spare cash. But for those of you who use American Express, simply visit a different location for payment...

WE USUALLY GET THE MILD BUT THE CAJUN IS GOOD TOO. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING A "PLATTER" THEN THE "COMBO" IF YOU WANT TWO SIDES IE: FIRES WITH GRAVY ECT... OTHERWISE YOU ONLY GET ONE SIDE.. IT USUALLY ONLY TAKES A MINUTE OR TWO BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS READY DEPENDING WHAT AND HOW MUCH YOU ORDERED.
