Visit on May 11: I wish that when I ordered my hazelnut cream blend coffee they would have advised me it wasn’t ready before pouring a quarter cup of bottom of the pot coffee and then asking me if I wanted to top it off with something else or wait five minutes for a new pot to brew. Visit on May 13: once again the hazelnut brew was not ready so I asked if I could have a regular coffee with a free hazelnut flavoured shot because they didn’t have the hazelnut pot ready but they charged me for my hazelnut shot😔. Not impressed. **Update--2nd Cup customer service contacted me and offered me 1000 pts if I get a loyalty card or download the app 🤔🤦♂️. Why do I want another app for 2 free coffees..why not a gift card via email or mail where no app downloading is required. My dad has been in the hospital for the last ~3months, and they always remember his face and have his usual order punched in as he walks through the door. It might seem a bit silly as they were just providing coffee, but for us it meant a lot. Read moreThis place has really gone downhill In the last few months. There point system has been "down" apparently with no sign of anyone trying to fix it. What a failure considering many of their customers are people who work at the hospital and buy something everyday. Also limited food options at this location now. Nothing but a few muffins and some egg white sandwiches and most of the time they are out of basic supplies like bananas to even make a smoothie. Whoever is running this place needs...
