I wish I could give more stars based on service alone! I’ve dined here on a couple of occasions and I can’t say that the quality of food matches the level of service. First time— I tried the jerk chicken bowl. Unfortunately, the rice had been sitting in the cooker on warm mode for too long so I had hard bits of rice, which was not pleasant. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I tried their tacos— the Korean flavoured taco, and the jerk chicken taco. The experience was much like going on a first date with a really hot guy, until he opens his mouth. Upon receiving my tacos, the salivation response automatically kicked in. I mean, look at my photos— don’t they look delicious? However, upon my first bite, I was met with an abundance of sauce— SO.MUCH. SAUCE. 😣 It was a shame, because I could see fresh produce and enough proteins but I was gagging on so much sauce— between trying to keep myself from wearing the sauce and mentally trying to compute what was happening in my mouth— it didn’t make for a pleasant dining experience. I had so much hope for these delicious looking tacos! ☹️ Customer service has been exceptional every single time, which is why I keep going back. The poutines are AMAZING— especially if you’re feeling snacky after a night of copious cocktails. Just ease up on the sauce, guys!!!

Service is good. Food was okay. Price is a no for me. First thing is that the parking in the area is bad but that’s not their issue. The food that I got was the Nashville Hot and Mexican Fries. Maybe I didn’t order the right thing but the fries were not seasoned at all. Had to put like 10 salt packets. For the Mexican Fries it was nice as it had fresh vegetables and gravy but like I said no seasoning. The Nashville hot is a no go for anyone. Too salty, completely soaked in Franks Hot Sauce, no flavour but cheese and hot sauce. The other ones that our group tried were okay but honestly. I am not paying over $10 for that again. No hate at all. Just my experience. Overall, would not come again. Maybe will try something different. Service was nice! Price was eh.

*** MUST TRY - FISH TACOS *** was craving fish tacos and this place turned up on my Google maps reviews for best tacos so I decided to find out if it was forreal or not. PROS • portions are nice & big - but not authenticate tacos, but definitely a restaurant take on it, still pretty good! • burritos are huge too! • atmosphere is pretty cool, got a nice urban interior theme to the restaurant! • service was A1 - fast and out of there quickly CONS • not the best pace to find parking that's for sure. If you're lucky you can get parking right out front, if it's full you have to park on the side streets. probably won't be back here because I was looking for authentic tacos, but this place is definitely a must try if you're in the area!

We were looking for a late dinner downtown Calgary Friday night, a stranger recommended his favorite taco place, Streats. We found the restaurant and were greeted by 2 very friendly young people at the counter. They prepared our order and served us promptly. The Streat rolls and walkin taco were delicious. While we ate in the restaurant we noticed how upbeat and genuine the staff were with customers coming in. We left impressed and went out to a club, afterwards we walked back to our hotel. We met two strangers outside of our hotel looking for late night food. We directed them to Streats and after a few minutes decided to return ourselves for another late nite snack. The two strangers were seated when we arrived and the staff were busy preparing orders. Surprisingly the young man at the cash remembered us and our names from earlier. He approved our order of the fish taco and perogie poutine asks ice-cream sandwich Again delicious and promptly served with smiles from the same two young staff as earlier. We can’t say enough about this store, the food and these two awesome employees who told us about franchies and locations. So kind, happy and helpful even though they were quite busy at this late hour. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope these young employees receive some recognition for their excellent service. I wish I knew their names. Very happy we met that guy who recommended it to us and happy we were able to do the same for the two women from Nanaimo, BC. Highly recommended and we will surely return when we come back...

Well first, Google told me this was nearby only to discover that it was an hour round trip from our hotel. My husband who picked up the food told me it was in a scary part of town and a dude looked like he died outside the door. Food was lukewarm at best by the time I got it...

But what's even more is it doesnt even matter because that was THE BEST DARN BOWL I ever had. I'd go back again. How did they do it? Perfectly balanced sweet, sour, spice and savory in a chicken bowl and I even took out the chicken and subbed with tofu. Crisp fresh veg, sweet potato, beans, rice. All healthy ingredients but tasted as good as sin. Clearly these people are magicians and I must figure out how to smuggle them home with me. If this is a dream don't wake me up, just give me more of the chicken...
