I've been disappointed at this Subway on a handful of occasions, but still continue to visit as it's closest to visit and I'm the eternal optimist and hope there will be change. The service and food back in the day (about five-six years ago) was really good! They prepared exactly as you ordered and smiled and conversed as they made your sandwich. Now when I go to this Subway, I'm usually very disappointed with the food and service. When I make my order, I almost never get cheese or cheesy bread, so right off the top my order saves them money. However, with or without the cheese, we get to the veggies, I request lettuce, and they put the smallest amount that doesn't even cover the bread. Ask for tomatoes and you'll get a couple slices which are often more green than red and hard. They'll skimp as much as they can on each topping and you're left with hardly any sandwich. It seems like such a rip-off. When I requested more lettuce on a recent visit, the lady making my sandwich gave me three more pieces. I requested a bit more, and she said she couldn't do that as her boss wouldn't allow it. Yes, I understand the boss wants to save money, but even if I'm cheese-less, those who want a regular amount of veggies should be allowed that. It's frustrating because I can go to any other Subway and receive my order loaded with veggies and those franchises are doing just fine. Read moreI just ordered the foot long Italian BTM and I did not order extra cheese but they charged me for it very slyly. An old man was my sandwich maker. He did not even give me the receipt for it after I paid. I came back to the store and an other worker(lady) came to me and I asked her for my receipt. I checked the price again. The extra cheese was added on my receipt and I did not order for the extra cheese also there was no extras cheese on my sandwich, neither. After I told her about it, she told me the price was just changed so this price was right. I checked the Subway website. The price was not changed. If the price was changed then only price was supposed to be updated, not adding extra money as charging extra cheese. After I told her that, 3 men customers were just coming into the store. June 21 2016- another disappointing day at crowfoot subway. A long wait during dinner hour as only one member of staff (as usual). When it was my turn they had run out of tuna , if enough staff were working perhaps they would have had time to make up more? I let them know that it is the only subway in town that consistently runs out of stuff. The debit was at least working today.
August 14 2016 - No honey oat bread available today. When I told them they were the only Subway that consistently ran out of ingredients they told me that they have a 'list' they use for making ingredients. It is extremely clear this list is not working. On one positive note for once there were two staff members working.
April 2nd, 2018 - Debit down again today. Extremely stingy on the tuna, seems to be about half what a normal Subway...
