I had the worst experience at this location. My daughter ordered a subway from the mobile app and accidentally picked this location because we had ordered from them before. We were at the SouthCentre mall where we were planning to eat. The moment she placed the order, I called to let them know of our mistake, cancel the order and get reimbursed, but I was told they couldn’t cancel the order because they had made the sandwich already, which was practically impossible. My interpretation of their response: they didn’t want to go through the work of cancelling the order…who knows if they knew how to do it. Even if they had miraculously made the sandwich (with super powers only), they should have cancelled the order after I explained it had been a mistake and I was physically far from where they are located. Unfortunately for them, their dishonest and greedy practice got them to score a sale, but lost a customer for life. I will ensure my friends know of my experience. The manager told my friend the bathroom was "out of order" then told us she couldn't make us a sub because the bathroom was "out of order" but she was able to make the sub for another dude Who walked in at the same time we did. Read moreI usually love subway but this specific location is garbage. The same sub I order at any other subway puts the proper amount of each ingredient but this location cheaped out on everything. I also asked to use the washroom and was told it's out of service but then a little girl came and asked and all of a sudden she was allowed to use the washroom even though no one else was working so how could it have been back in service all of a sudden?? At that point I almost wanted to just walk out and take my business elsewhere.
