TacoTime — Restaurant in Calgary

Ordered apple and cherry pies. I always ordered them in other branches in Calgary and Edmonton and they were always crispy and delicious. Here, not only were they square instead of rectangular, they were also very lightly fried. They stuck to the paper they were wrapped in. I called to share my dissatisfaction with the order, hoping that they would offer to replace it. But in response, they told me that they were prepared according to technology and no measures would be taken. Very disappointed with such service. I just need to stop going here for good. As i am consistantly disapointed. They often forget items or if you ask for extra sauce you better double check the bag. I've been double charged for extra sour cream only getting one.

How is it that person spends between 30 to $40 on a meal you get three sauces even though you ask for a sauce for each item they don't read your notes they get your money and they just throw you garbage.
