This Tim Hortons effectively traded 5,452$ MIN /Yr in sales over a 7$ Dispute.
My time , and my gas is money. Fight and stand strong for what you believe is right, even if it’s a $3.45 refund.
Jaspreet At Tim Hortons Calgary Avenida is a horrible cashier.
I’ve been coming here for 4 years and ever since new ownership has taken over , the service has been terrible.
After receiving the wrong order for the 4th + time this week , I returned to have my coffee fixed and asked for a refund as well as used to be standard practice.
Jaspreet Rudely has stated she can only do one.
When I remained firm on my stance and stated I’d ID her in a new review stating my new found distaste for the new ownership methods and service levels the last 6 weeks after coming here the last 3-4 yrs, and would just go to a different tims from now on ; she went ballistic on me and called 911.
I stayed firm in my ideas and eventually moved off to the side , as she was pretty upset.
When they realized I’d already posted the review they attempted to bribe me with just the coffee.
I allowed CPS showed up whom was non to impressed about the nature of the call , got my refund and will never visit this location again.
Absolutely horrifying how desperate they were to hang on to that refund over a repeat customer, and even funnier considering they still wasted the second coffee they poured to bribe me to take down my review.
So as the owner asked me upon arrival of CPS I ask you right back … Was exchanging 6G+ profit, and a 5 star reveiw over a 7$ loss really...
Read moreI’ve visited this Tim Hortons location multiple times, and while the food and coffee are consistent, the atmosphere is incredibly unwelcoming — largely because of the management.
There’s a manager named Jaspreet who consistently behaves in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I’ve witnessed her yelling at staff members in front of customers, showing no patience or basic courtesy. She seems to carry her personal frustrations into the workplace and takes it out on the employees, which creates a very toxic environment.
It’s not just the team who suffers — customers can sense the tension. You can often hear her speaking rudely or snapping at both staff and guests, which makes the whole experience unpleasant. No one should be treated that way, especially in a customer-facing environment.
What concerns me the most is the well-being of the employees. No one deserves to work in such an emotionally exhausting and borderline abusive setting. It’s not just stressful — it feels like workplace torture. The staff are clearly under pressure and demoralized, which is heartbreaking to see.
A manager’s role is to lead by example, but unfortunately, Jaspreet seems more interested in asserting authority than supporting her team. It’s disheartening to see good workers being demoralized by poor leadership.
Honestly, this location could be much better if the management changed. I hope higher-ups take notice, because someone like Jaspreet is doing more harm than good to both staff morale and...
Read morei’m not normally one to write reviews, especially negative ones but this tim hortons location is by far the most unorganized i’ve ever encountered. i work in the plaza and come in almost everyday and have been far too understanding with the terrible service i’ve been receiving. maybe it’s just the mobile order system, but truly every time i order through the app im waiting a minimum of 10 minutes on top of the 5 minutes i wait before coming into the store itself. today i was waiting over 15 minutes for the remainder of my bagel and hash brown order before saying something when the “manager” had picked up the order from their food making station, not the pick up counter, and claimed they had called out the order multiple times. this was simply a lie considering i sat there in front of the pick up counter waiting for 15 minutes and had to remind them i was waiting multiple times, i know they did not call out my order at all as i come here almost everyday and know they normally place previously called out orders on the small metal sheet pan they have for mobile orders specifically. it’s one thing to make a mistake, but to blatantly lie and blame the customer is incredibly frustrating. misunderstandings happen and like i said, normally im very patient and understanding, but this was just awful customer service. either the mobile order system needs to be updated or the employees need to be more organized and responsive when dealing with incoming orders made...
