Tried first time, we ordered 3 dhosa in first order which were great in taste. Service was terrible, no spoons were served even after order arrived. We had to ask for spoons and we didn’t get enough spoons even after requesting. Then again we asked for knife and fork but they gave us one fork and one knife for group of 5. Not sure why they were doing this intentionally even after requesting couple times.
Then we asked for sambhar to be repeated for everyone, again got for 3 people and 2 people didn’t receive it. Had to make a complaint in the middle of dinner for them to bring enough sambhar. At this point we were so disappointed, we just wanted to have a nice evening and food. And I can’t remember any unreasonable request.
We let go of experience so far thinking they just opened and still might be trying to learn. We tried to repeat one of the dhosa order we liked the most. And now we got totally different quality, runny dhosa with liquid coming out of everywhere and we can’t tell if this was even the same one we ordered first time. At this point we gave up and left remaining food and decided to leave.
This was the most terrible dinner service I could find in last couple years of eating out. Seems like they should have just opened take out if they didn’t wanted to serve dinner in restaurants. But even then they butchered repeated order after our complaint about missing forks and spoons, so they can’t even keep the quality of food. They were so grumpy throughout service.
Anyway best of luck to owners, but I would rather take business to people who...
Read moreVisited again for the fifth time for its tasty food. Tried many items so far and all turned out very good. The best part is the flavor of the meat definitely these guys cook slowly and well marinated. Sundar Chef cum partner always there to greet and take care along with others. Kizhi Parottta Chicken, Pottalam Mutton Biriyani, Goat Sukka, Kodi Veppudu ( Andhra style chicken) all tastes delicious 😋. The Salna soaked Kizhi parotta is a must try along with Pottalam Biriyani . Below is November - 2024 review: Friendly owners in this new one-month restaurant surprised us with the quality and taste of the food. We just stopped by mid-November weekend on Saturday as we're in that area, but it's a good decision. Ordered Curd Vada , PODI Dosa and the Kizhi (Ilai) Parotta. Saravanan accepted this order, though it was not on the menu, and came out very well. The Chicken in that Kizhi Parotta was perfectly made and just melted in the mouth. Curd Vada was good too, but had it been soaked more time, it would have been even better. But understand, only some ask for this, so they make it instantly. Podi Dosa was crispy, but to my taste, it was too crispy and breaking like crackers (a little less crispiness is preferred) . It tastes very good. The filter coffee at the end 👌. We will go again if we are in that area. The new upcoming crown is this...
