Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Called to explain how my pizza not what I ordered. Trying be nice and not offended the worker on the phone after I drove in for pick up. I even tipped. My pizza was suppose to be Donaire. Felt like it was undercooked or the onions were not or too many. Regardless I've been to Papa John's a lot and just figured I call to see if I could get it replaced or something. But then the worker on the phone called me a "lair" "you're lying" which surprised me as I just wanted to exchange my pizza or see if I could get a new one. I wasn't even trying to get a refund. Then followed up with "what do you want me to do then" the lady said. I don't think I've ever been treated so aggressively especially after again, tipping and picking up and being very polite with the worker. Walked in to order pizza. Immediately noticed 2 staff girls at front eating pizza behind the cash register. Mouths were full, food was visible, making jokes & eating at the same time! Seeing us didn't stop them eating & talking about their personal lives. Another fellow came forward to take our order. As we stood there waiting for our order to be prepared we watched these 2 dividuals consistently fix their hair by untieing their ponytails & combing through their hair with their fingers. Not only that, they had a bad habit of touching their face with their bare hands continuely. It was awful, I just hoped they didn't put their filthy hands on my pizza. Me and my mother ordered pizza (shes immune compromised). The delivery driver showed up with no mask to deliver the food when i asked where his mask was he told me it was in his car this is my second time seeing him without one. Obviously this made me pretty furious with the current climate, my mom was scared to eat the food. We phoned and the man in charge (didnt catch his name) personally delivered us some new fresh food. This means a lot and thats why im giving this review a 4* not 1* because that sort of willingness to keep customers happy is very important in these times.
