Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

Over my 20 or so visits to this location, I can confidently say that this location has excellent service that is bloody fast. The most I've ever had to wait was 3 minutes. This place doesn't have seating so that may be a downside, but that fact shouldn't affect ratings of this location. Employees are fast and friendly.

I received particularly exceptional service at this location today. My order of an extra large french vanilla and 2 orders of potato wedges came out rather superb thanks to a lovely employee. Now, I'm a huge fan of the potato wedges that Tim Horton's offers, they're just about perfectly seasoned and nicely cooked and they are reasonably priced. The only thing that usually stops me from buying them is that the employees usually fill up the containers halfway. I've found from experience of roughly 50 orders of potato wedges around Calgary that the employees fill up the container halfway 50% of the time, and three-quarters of the way full of the way the other 50% of the time. I never go back to the employee and ask them to fill up the container better because I don't wanna be rude. So I usually just take what I get and go.

Today was special though. My order was exceptionally superb because the excellent employee actually took time to fill my potato wedges right. She didn't just throw in a handful and serve it up. She actually took time to make sure that there was no empty space in the container as well as placing a half handful of wedges atop each pack for good measure.

Today was the first time I ate Tim Hortons potato wedges without feeling angry for not getting my money's worth.

I ordered skip the dishes from them almost everytime they screw up my order. It's like they can't read.. I ordered a frozen lemonade and got original lemonade I also ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich an they put tomatoe and lettuce on it. Like if you cant read an don't understand English don't work in customer service. It's so frustrating. The odd time I order from them they screw it up and I order delivery because I don't have a vehicle an want a treat. I've tried calling 4 times no answer. I wish this location didn't do skip the dishes.. worst time hortons ever. !! If I could give 0 stars I would.

UPDATE:ordered skip and for whatever this Is the only location that I can order from and I wish it wasn't. they are absolutely terrible. Ordered sausage breakfast on a cheese bagel got tomato and lettuce?! With a hint of peanut butter because they are to stupid to read the order properly. this isn't the first time ive had issues regardless if i go in or order online. they don't answer the phone. When i go in person an they are rude and dumb hear them argue with skip drivers. Honestly worst tim hortons ever this location needs to be shut down and they employees need to be retrained and learn to read orders correctly.the one on 17th is amazing to bad I can't order off...

I would like to make a suggestion If a customer or employees have misunderstanding try to make it right don’t make the customer pay because something is made ThAts not fair for future references . In my experiences Tim Hortants employed até always hardworking and it’s not an easy job requires great time management but I would like my issues to be fixed instead brushed off that is in my experience she could’ve just took the sandwich and out it towards my order that I wanted what I paid for in the begging and what I asked for instead of charging me again and saying it’s already made it’s the food industry sometimes food will be wasted or thrown o know sinces I worried in one and always tried my best to accommodate the customer for their was a misunderstanding she was too bossy lol it’s good to be like that and I can understand because I can sometimes be like that .
