I don't know the heck is going on with this place but the last year or so they continually get the simplest orders wrong. The staff used to be awesome here and our orders were automatic as we are longtime regulars to this location. Ex: I routinely order a half hot choc/half french vanilla and they keep giving me half COFFEE/half hot choc. My wife's London Fog is often barely half full despite ordering and paying for a large. We'll also routinely order my father in law a large double double coffee and they'll make a large STEEPED TEA double double. Not even close to what we ordered. We will have to pay twice as they'll forget to punch in items we ordered that even show up on the order screen. When confronted about it we are often met with attitude, excuses and almost zero accountability as of late either We have started going to a nearby location as even the manager was recently salty with us while we were well within our right to be upset about the continuous errors. Do better (this location) and at least be accountable and show some ownership for the continued errors!!!! Would like to stay loyal to this location but not with service like this!

In the last two days back to back orders: once again trying to give me coffee instead of my drink ordered above... And today they tried giving me a double double coffee instead of a half hot chocolate half French vanilla and I ordered a sausage bagel belt and seen in the pictures what I can get.. I can't stress this enough. Tim Hortons you need to focus on quality over speed because This is literally a daily occurrence and it's getting really old. I'm a regular at your location and I shouldn't have to keep posting as well as coming in to have my drink changed 20 minutes later because you guys didn't remotely get my order right....

I ordered a medium black coffee, Tim bits, toasted bagel, and 2 bottles of water. She seemed rushed to get me out of there. When presented with my order and not enough hands, I had to ask for a bag. She seemed annoyed to have to put the bagel and bits in the bag. 2 bottles and bag in one hand. Hot freaking cup of coffee in other. By the time I got out to my mom's car I was in near tears. The cup of coffee was burning my hand. I had burns all day on my thumb and finger. The coffee was for my mom as I don't drink coffee and have NEVER had to handle such a hot cup. The girl that served me never offered a cup sleeve or a tray knowing full well how hot the cup was. I was extremely upset and in a lot of discomfort all day at my nephew's graduation. My mom gets coffee (black) every day and told me that when a black coffee is ordered, it ALWAYS has a cup sleeve put on without asking.
Maybe the server needs a bit more customer service training and update on serving procedures?
Sure hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. It was a very painful experience when it totally did not need to happen.

There was one time I ordered an iced cap and as I got home I took a drink and it was disgusting tasted like alcohol I tried drinking it but it was so gross I dumped the whole thing out. Today I came there got an iced cap and it tasted just like that one did just so disgusting and had that alcohol taste. I was half way home at this point but turned right around as I was not going to waste another $4 drink. I went inside to tell them this does not taste right and when I mention alcohol there was complete judgement on their faces and the guy replied back with āwell there is not alcohol in itā like obviously I know there isnāt Iām just letting him know what it tasted like in hopes I would get a new one or my money back. After him repeating himself like three times saying there is no alcohol he finally made me another one I tasted it before I left but with how much judgment was around I just took it. Of course when I got home I dumped it out. I donāt know if this a lack of cleaning the machine or what but I will not be back to this location...
