I don't come here often but I do work in the mall right across from this Tim's. I went around 7:42pm on a Saturday and seen they were semi busy so I used the self serve option. I laid eyes on a Honey dip donut before ordering as I know that if it isn't available I wouldn't get it and a drink. I proceeded to wait at the order table where they hand you your order.
What I was witnessing was a complete disregard for cleanliness got splashed in the face with liquid from a spout he winged around. Pouring liquid on the counter, not wiping the cups where cups were placed over top the liquids or cleanliness of the hands after handling multiple cups. Just no care to be there or for the people ordering. Then I was told there was no honey dip and didn't recommend a substitute didn't bother to approach me and tell me that in a service manner just said I need to come around and look now from a far distance. I don't think it should be my job to go look. What do you have as an option? Not sure if they are organized properly or not as now my order after seeing it available is gone.
I just refunded my order and got out of there the one time I made the choice to go to this location is my last based on cleanliness and utter disregard...

Used their terminal to order for our family. Had ordered and PAID (reflective in bank statement) for 2 coffees, a wrap (as a combo), and a sandwich.
Did not receive the sandwich or the biscuit (part of a combo for that wrap).
Told the employee that the order was missing, she insisted I was wrong. Her manager/supervisor overheard us and went to check the issue. She pulled up the order and said that my order did not include the request. (Probably an issue with their terminal).
I was going to show her the statement from my bank about the price I got charged with. But the manager/supervisor would not listen and instead went back to working on her other matter. Did not receive my receipt as their store terminal indicated they would hand that out at the pickup. As the other employees then went ahead to ignore me.
What choice do I have left then? Employees and management aren't gonna resolve the issue. Whatever I guess ~$5 extra charge for something...
Read moreI had one of the best customer service experiences the other day at Tim Hortons Chinook location..all thanks to Mohit and Harry! I came in during a busy rush and despite the long line they were enthusiastic, friendly and super attentive!
What really stood out was when I mentioned I was fasting and asked about non dairy options..Not only did Mohit take the time to explain to me clearly but Harry went to the back to double-check ingredient info just to be sure about the same..That kind of attention to detail isn’t something you see often..especially in a fast-paced setting!
They made me feel respected and valued and not just another customer in line and made sure I got exactly what I needed..It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and not just another transaction..These two are absolute gems and deserve recognition for going above and beyond..
