Updating my review....

My original review is below, but since then, the Manager contacted me. He apologized (sounded genuine), and said he will coach his staff on how to better deal with such situations. He offered us a credit for a future order. I appreciate how the manager dealt with this.

Food was just okay but, more disappointingly, after getting home with the take-out, and just sitting down with the family, we realized that they gave me one wrong dish. I called them to tell them what they gave me instead of what they should've given me, and the response I got was, "Ok". Then silence. So I said, "Ya that's a bit disappointing", to which he responded with, "Sorry." And then more silence. So I said good bye and he let me hang up. There was no offer to replace it. There was no offer to provide a credit. There was no nothing. He was happy to just let me get off the phone after I just called them to tell them the got the order wrong. It was even correct on the bill, so there wasn't any miscommunication.

If the manager/owner is reading this, you need to train your front staff on how to handle these situations, because today they failed.

We won't...

Thai food lover and hesitant to try chain places, but since this had a BOGO promotion on ubereats, I thought it was worth a try.

The shrimp pad thai and crying beef were very lack luster. The pad thai was super saucy, a bit too sweet, and 95% noodles with no veg. I appreciate how the shrimp wasn't an upcharge.

The crying beef was super overcooked and had just 2 spoonfuls of thinly Sliced beef. Eating the beef reminded me of jerky. The portion was so tiny, I'm glad I didn't pay the full price. Wish there was more flavour in this dish. My partner straight up said this dish was BAD and threw it out.

I was also expecting the flower box , which is what this chain is known for, but got half empty brown boxes.

The thai Iced coffee was very strong which was good.

Overall, this place met my expectations for a poor/low quality thai restaurant. I would not recommend tuktuk thai to anyone unless you're looking for a quick cheap meal with no...

I always come to this store regulary 2 to 3 times a week and same as in shawnessy location and accumulate couple of stamp for my reward cards. Since sometimes I Ieft my other cards at home I always get a new card and fill it with stamps, then today I redeem 1 of my free lotus box and showed it to the guy working on the cashier, he said he wants to confiscate one of my full stamp reward card cos their company policy only 1 card per customer. I got embarrased cos he made me feel that I am lying by saying why do I have 2 full stamp cards. I said I’ve been doing these for years since I’ve been a loyal customer and never had a problem only on this location. This got me upset after all these years coming here and being a loyal customer this is what I got? I will never come back here again instead I will do my business in...

I ordered this off of Skip the dishes today and let me tell you this is the absolute worst meal I ever received from them. The meat smelled bad. They gave me crying cowboy ribs but they weren’t ribs. I don’t even know what the meat was overly spiced smelled old completely edible. I ordered an iced Thai coffee that had globs of expired condensed milk in it that entire meal was not even fit for a dog to eat. I am so disgusted with this place. It has consistently gone downhill every time I order from here smaller portions and whatever meat you get it’s old it smells bad or it’s like minuscule amount completely and totally unhappy with this place.

This is first review I have done at any place but I just have to because who would be happy to have found a piece of metal in the food... ordered on Friday night Sept 27 around 8pm at the 130ave location, only to come home and find this in my mouth. Makes me wonder how many other pieces I have already ate... such a shame because the flavour was pretty good, before I noticed the metal piece...
