After speaking to the manager of this location and how she handled the below situation I am giving a new rating to this store. I was assured that the situation I encountered was not policy and that a customer should be able to walk in at anytime and be free to order anything that the menu has to offer. She took time from her evening to call me to apologize and give the customer service that I have received from any other Booster Juice. Based on her actions I will be giving this location another try. Thank you.
I have to say for a new franchise that just recently opened, you have already left a negative opinion of yourself. I went in there today(family day@ 5:22pm) and wanted to order the green hornet juice only to be told they close at 6 and are no longer making juices. At the time I wasn't aware that it was only 5:22pm and thought that maybe I did cut it close to 6pm. It was when I got back in my car that I realized the location is still open for another 40mins. I get that equipment needs cleaning and I'm sure that juice machine may not be the easiest thing to clean. If that us the case, the menu needs to state that some items are not available within a certain time frame of closing. To me this just portrays laziness in the staff working. I know the juices are more time consuming to make, but it is a menu item and should be made anytime the store is open. The first time I called the restaurant they said they had school orders… ok understandable. What about these last 2 times while it’s summer and order is placed early AM. if you’re not going to service your skip clients then don’t offer skip or keep it turned off.
