Fresh Burrito — Restaurant in Cambridge

Used to love this place but I have been extremely disappointed since they’ve been under new management. I find the staff to be very unfriendly and not at all welcoming. In terms of the food, it is undoubtably tasty, however they’ve become extremely stingy with their portion sizes with the protein, toppings and sauces. The portions certainly don’t equate to the price at all. They put such a tiny amount of chicken on my burrito that I felt I needed to ask for extra chicken and pay the extra money. It was 3.99 for extra chicken and in actuality I probably got .50 cents worth of extra chicken. I didn’t even get half of the little scoop they use. I also asked for corn as a topping and he literally put 5 grains of corn (yes I could count it) when I asked for more he was visibly irritated and literally added 3 more grains, it was actually ridiculous. Same thing with the sauces. Meanwhile every other burrito place loads on the toppings to the point it’s too much. I thought maybe it was just that one employee, but I’ve gone back a few times times since and have been served by other employees and was served in the same manner. I visited the Fresh Burrito Cambridge location on Monday afternoon and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their offerings. From the moment I stepped in, the inviting aroma of freshly cooked ingredients filled the air, making my mouth water.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of filling they packed into each burrito. It was certainly a satisfying meal that left me feeling full and content.

The staff at Fresh Burrito were also friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the different options available and helped me make a decision based on my preferences.

Overall, my experience at Fresh Burrito was exceptional. The great portion sizes in their wraps and the incredible taste of their food truly set them apart. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a delicious and satisfying burrito experience.

Terrible customer experience, this guy name sawal or something, i got roasted veggies, asked me what veggies you want to be roasted, i said green peppers, mushrooms and Jalapeños, hes like you can’t roast jalapeños, it’s corporate policy go only roast green peppers, onions and mushrooms, i said why did you ask me then. Then i said can you add some onions to the burrito, he said you already roasted them i can’t add more, i am like yea i am paying extra for roasted veggies, but i still want my regular stuffings in my burrito, bope corporate policy.
