Horrible customer service! If I could give a zero I would.

The older lady whom I am assuming is the owner is a horrific human being and should not be working with the public what so ever.

I enter this restaurant today as I was not feeling well due to the extreme heat outside and being diabetic.

I used the rest room when I first arrived to cool my face with done water.

I then went out and ordered a slice of pizza to sit and rest in the air conditioning for awhile.

I still didnt feel well so went back to the rest room.

Not even 30 seconds in there, the lady owner POUNDED on the door ..I said " I'm in here"

Then 10 seconds later she pounded again telling me I need to come out.

I said I'm using the washroom sge said no you cone out now.

I wasn't even in there a minute. I have never in my life been so humiliated, as there were other customers in there...so obviously all eyes on me after her pounding and screaming.

She should be ashamed of herself treating her paying customers that way ....I will NEVER give them a penny of my money again.

Shame on her.

And the young gentleman I think was embarrassed by her as he apologized for her behavior. He was very polite and served me my pizza no issues with him but that owner should not be working in customer...

Well tonight we had the worst pizza ever. We ordered a pizza from Pizza Nova Cambridge. We were told on the phone it would be ready in 20 -25 min. When we arrived at the 25 minute mark the pizza was not ready. Other people were waiting for their pizza as well. They had no one on the counter, but we counted 5 people making pizza. One gentleman told us he ordered a med cheese pizza and had been waiting 40 minutes already. My wife finally called out for some assistance, only to find out our pizza had been made and was sitting on top of the oven. We were now at the 40 minute mark ourselves from the time of ordering. We got home and the pizza was not what we ordered. You could also tell it had been put together in a rush. We had a Christmas even to attend so I was not able to take it back. I called customer service the best they would do is offer us a 10.00 credit. Well it will be a while before I order from Pizza Nova. I will be taking our business...
