Fast Eddies — Restaurant in Cambridge

When you need a fast inexpensive utility meal Fast Eddies does the job. I had worked an event all day and just wanted something that was easy to eat in the car. Ordered a double cheeseburger and cheese fries. The cup the fries comes in is a very smart idea. My food was super hot and I actually had to wait a moment to let it cool down. I have been there many times and really find their service very quick and the food always piping hot. So not sure why others had temperature issues.

Now- is it the "best burger" I have ever had- no. But is it a serviceable meal when you are really hungry and need quick and easy on the wallet.- 100%.

I also found staff very friendly and polite. Always repeating my order back to ensure accuracy. I think the do a great job training because I have yet to have an indifferent person. That said politeness and kindness are mutual. Be kind to our fast food workers folks- when you are nice...

I came into town from Toronto because I have family here . On my way home I went to the fast Eddie’s on Dundas Street. I ordered a large crazy fry upon eating the top portion I realized there was absolutely no sauce underneath, so I came to this Fast Eddies before getting on the highway. I showed the lady the fries and asked if she could just add more sauce, but she told me that I would have to pay for it or go back to the other location to tell them. I paid for it, it’s just kind of annoying because I obviously wasn’t going to drive back to further one just for more sauce. I would’ve just thrown them away because quite honestly, their fries or not that great without sauce. Since it is franchise location I assumed they would’ve just fixed the issue…

Ps I even ordered a water just because I hate begin difficult, but there was literally...

This is a great place to stop for a quick meal on the go. They don't have any seating, so it's really only suited to people in cars or who are grabbing some food to eat while walking, but that's really part of the charm.

I sometimes stop here on my walk home when I'm feeling like some Cheesyfries, and they've never disappointed me.

The staff is always very polite, though I can only really speak of the one team member, since he seems to always be the one at the walk up window when I go here.

Overall, while the food may not be the healthiest in the world, it's definitely delicious, and I think that's all that really matters when it comes to the type of service Fast Eddies...
