I've been to several Osmow's and the food has always been delicious. Today's lunch at this location started out great with the food tasting great. However, as my wife and I were finishing up, I observed, with a little disbelief, one of the male employees removing the filters from the grill ventilation system over top of the grill with food on the grill and meat on the rotisserie! He was doing this with a spatula which he kept placing on the grill every time he removed one of the filters (out over the grill full of food), while a female employee slid the filters across to him with a metal pole! This is not something that should be done while cooking food on an open grill and uncovered rotisserie! I wonder what the Health Inspector works think of this? 🤔 You've just lost 2 customers! And maybe more! My wife and I will never return to this location and I'll be sure to inform my friends, family and coworkers about this unhygienic...

Yesterday was "National shawarma day". So, it was promotion there. I went to Cambridge center location last year by "National shawarma day". It was also promotion was $5 meals last year. I am not sure this year also over there or not. Anyway, taste was good. A lot of chicken on the rice and garlic sauce was mild too. I don't like strong garlic sauce. So, it was good! I think rice was little bit uncooked for me. But, I understand that. Because, it was so busy on National shawarma day. 8 people working there and waiting for 20 minutes.
