Eric's Pizza — Restaurant in Casselman

Best pizza in town. Efficient, extremely clean and well rounded service. Always prompt and very polite over the phone, an amazing family owned business. I cant stress enough how polite and amazing the service is here, I'm usually here 1 to 2 times a week. It's that good. Their pizza has a delicious thick crust and they pay attention to detail when you ask for light sauce of extra toppings- wich they are not cheap on. Salads in a pizza shop? Usually a nightmare right ? This is probably the first and only pizza shop that understands that salad needs ro be kept cold for delivery/ pick up. 99% of salads from other pizza shops are usually soggy and piping hot, at erics its always fresh and crisp everytime, and you can tell the veg gets cut daily.

Even on a extremely busy Friday night, their lines are always clean and everyone's always washing their hands and this is by far the best shop in town following covid protocols,all staff wearing masks all the time.

We ordered from Eric's pizza alot and originally gave a good review. But last 4 tikes we've ordered theres been a issue. Ordered a smoke meat onto to be told when picking up that they had run out, didn't even bother to call and advise us. Second time open our order when we get home and sides missing from combo platters. Then the last two times issue wsf r issue, pizza not cooked all the way though, wrong items in order, missing items and after asking them to double check still wasn't Right. We tried the Eric's special pizza, it was made pretty quickly 15mins or so and turned out to be good. The one thing that detracted from the dine in experience was the fact that they dont get many people eating in. I'm sure 90% is delivery. Our pizza was given to us on paper plates which somewhat made the dinner feel odd.
