Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Central Core

They always get my order wrong. order extra ham on half? how is 3 slices in total over 4 pieces? I have had burned pizza, I have had under cooked pizza too!

The worst though is the customer service.

Once I had the delivery driver leave because I took two minutes, literally, i checked the time he called my phone, to get downstairs in a high rise, and offered to resend the same, cold pizza, in an hour.

I ordered half and half on a small pizza once, only to have the store cook call me himself and scream at me that I had to at least order a medium for that.

Phoned the customer care, and they said they could absolutely do half and half on small.

Even the customer care is terrible. You explain a situation, as I was heading out of town today and could not wait an hour for my pizza to be "remade and redelivered"

I was hungry then, still had to get ready and i was not willing to wait for them to send out another, and take back the original.

"Well miss there is nothing else I can do for you"

Are you serious? are you kidding me.

Screw panago, and especially screw this location. Worst...

I ordered my pizzas online confirmed the order and pick up location. Upon arriving at Panago my order had not been started, they purposely waited until after I arrived to start it. It was supposed to be ready by 6:40, by 6:55 it had not been started. I assume my first nation last name has something to do with the staff needing to confirm I was going to actually show up for my order. One staff member made a pizza without washing her hands and another staff member wiped his nose with his bare hand then handled food and supplies without washing his hands. No one at the location was wearing their name tags, they told me their manager told them not start my order until after I arrived but then refused to tell me their managers name. When I asked for the managers name the staff all started talking in another language to each other rather than answer my question. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting...

I would say that the quality of the pizza is always 100% but when ordering they tend to not be clear with the total.

Originally I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pops but then he asked me if I wanted the special they are offering which would include what I ordered plus a cheezy bread and the total would be $37.

I almost forgot that they did this last time when I was surprised at a $49 bill so I asked him to clarify what was the total again. He checked and it was $49 because he only gave me the price of the special but didn't include the price of the pop and delivery fee.

To tell me the total was $37 twice and get billed $49 is...
