Extremely disappointed in the food. I ordered a beef burrito and a smash burger from here through uber eats and it was trash. I ordered the same exact thing a few weeks ago and it was also trash the. Not too sure why I’ve been getting ground burger meat in my beef burrito when it has ALWAYS been shredded beef. Not to mention it tasted weird, sour, and just not at all like it should given that it’s a franchised restaurant. There was next to no cabbage, a very disturbing amount red onion that where barely even chopped, the meat wasn’t seasoned at all, and it was basically all rice and maybe 7 beans. So I went to eat my burger hoping it would be better….. and you guessed it, it wasn’t. The “patties” were dry and flavourless and were extremely small and the sauce just tasted all wrong and just unpleasant. I’ve eaten from StrEATS for years in multiple provinces, and I’ve never had ground beef in my burrito or been so disappointed in my food that I felt I had to write a review. So all that being said, the least you could do is not falsely advertise what is...

The staff was wonderful, one of the best customer service i’ve seen. We ordered 2 poutines, Perogy Poutine and Buffalo Poutine. It was by far the BEST poutines i’ve ever tried. Although it was approx. $30 for both, the taste and size was so nice for me to move past it being a bit expensive. Size wise it was pretty big with lots of toppings for the Perogy poutine. My boyfriend found the Buffalo poutine not spicy at all despite the menu showing 4 levelled spice so he went and asked for more sauce. He just has a high level of spice tolerance though. I put 4 star on the atmosphere because not that I don’t mind but when you stay there to eat in, you start smelling like the food they are cooking. We smelt heavily like onions right after leaving and the smell lasted for so long. All in all, I will definitely come back and order. It is starting to be one of my fav....
