PizzAxl's Pizza + — Restaurant in Central Elgin

Saturday the 20th of August we wanted to take our guests to this restaurant , we saw 2 benches were empty at the patio and we asked the server if we can dine in outside , she said let me ask , then she came and said sorry were too busy and you can't sit outside ,(I have to mention we were 9 , 4 adults and 5 kids) . When we asked why you can't accept us and tou have 2 empty benches outside in a very polite way , another waitress approaches as with very bad attitude and said "Have you ever worked in this industry?? and started questioning us in a loud voice and angry face , we said we are sure you're having a bad day , and can you pls answer our question instead of questioning us , suddenly she got more angry and said " Just get out and leave .." infront of 5 kids , and she ran away to the kitchen ! It unsetted us alot we've been 17 years in canada we haven't experienced similar approach from any restaurant , she could have been nicer even if she's tired !! While we were leaving g people sitting at the same patio heard us and we explained them the situation , and they said we agree with you they are very rude ! We ordered two large pizzas on Friday, September 29th and were very much looking forward to it. The chicken, bacon, ranch is always one of our favorites. However, this experience was very disappointing. The pizzas were way smaller than we remembered and the toppings were minimal.
