The only reason why this is getting 1 star is because the employee who made my food was amazing very nice and polite and was fast and efficient I understand it's just a subway but when you have the owner standing behind the counter on her phone and your waiting to be served because the other lady is busy with another customer(the owner saw me come in) I find that very rude and shows what's on her phone is more important then a customer. When she was done with her phone she finally puts some gloves on and asked me what I wanted grabbed my bread and took her gloves off and told the other lady to finish my order... Then went back on her phone I've never had a bad experience going here till today, thankfully the lady that finished my order told me she was being moved to the fergus location, I'll make the extra 15 min drive to go there instead of the 5 or less min it takes me now. Read more1 star for the guy who made my sub. Very thorough and generously topped the sub. The rest for the lady who probably was the manager. Refused me an extra bread, which is on the menu as an addon even though I had 2 footlongs ordered. I could get it if I had paid for veggie sub but its not fair to pay for an extra sub when I just want the extra bread. The guy serving did mention that it said on the menu and also on the system they were using that it was possible, but the manager did not budge in. The dogs, who were to have the bread, unfortunately had to settle for the sides and were disappointed. Cheap tactics by management to save pennies and do away with customer service....
Read moreWe were there yesterday 16th July at around 4 pm. We placed large order for 5 people. There were 2 employees in front counter. They sounded somewhat rude but we didn’t react and then we started observing how they serve other customers and we realized they were not so polite with them as well. I think Owner should pay attention as he might not be aware of this sort of things but it will surely affect his business if CSR are not serving customers well. Or May be if Owner wants to track which employees sound rude to customers, they should have their name on their shirts so that customers can complain exactly with name who served rudely.
