Super Gyros — Restaurant in Châteauguay

I went there alone.. Sat in the far back.. Mike asks me.. Is it to go or for here? I don't know.. I'm sitting at the complete other end of the restaurant.. So I said.. It's for here.. And he sent me the waitress. Great tzatziki.. Great poutine sauce..

So at the end of the meal.. I decided I was going to approach MIKE.. And I was going to say that he is the KING of sauces.. But started off by saying.. Super Gyros is an understatement.. It should be called Gigantic Gyros because it was so big.. And instead of saying thanks.. He said.. Well that's not what I heard.. Then I said I was a chef myself.. And was about to say that I think you make some killer sauces.. But he cut me off and said.. That's nice.. And sat down and started some paperwork/accounting. He says BYE to everyone as they leave.. I make eye contact as I leave and says nothing. Rudest boss ever.

Be rude to your employees.. But a boss being rude to customers is a sign that he has ZERO personality.. And no respect.

I will never eat there again.. Aside from the sauces.. They are OVERPRICED!

17.99 for a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad? At Como Pizzeria in Delson.. Higher class (not fast food like Super Gyros).. And they charge 14.50 for a large grilled chicken Caesar salad.

Don't bother. And as a Chef myself.. Take my word.. I am by the book.. And they are bending many rules. The only thing i was surprised about was that they all wore hairnets in...

Drove past Super Gyro when we first got to town on Friday and my buddy and I both said we had to eat there before going home. The sign and building were a little bit dated, but that’s how you can tell the best places in town because they’ve obviously been open for a long time. We got take out on our way back to the air bnb Saturday night. I got 2 pork gyros and Caesar salad. The gyros were amazing! The pita was soft, the meat had a nice spice mixture, the lettuce was fresh, and they didn’t skimp on the tzatziki sauce. The Caesar salad was great too! Lettuce was fresh, it had bacon, crunchy croutons, and once again they didn’t skimp on the Caesar dressing. After I placed my order I had stepped outside. When I came back in to get it, the cook which I believe could have been the owner called me out by name (which I gave when placing the order) and he thanked me for my business. Before eating the meal I already realized how and why they have been open for so long: they actually appreciate their customers and personally thank them. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will definitely be back next time...

I've ordered time after time again and not that it's ever been an issue but this time the customer service qas absolutely awful.. after waiting 40 minutes I figured I'd call and ask where my order is and to make sure it wasn't set as pick up.. the girl checked all the orders and said it was on the way.. when she repeated my order to me they changed the fry to a large and added a pita... I called back another 30 minutes after and then finally they tell me that my order is in fact at the resto and don't worry they'll send it right away.. so figuring ive already waited an hour and a half I would ask if they'd give me a discount/credit the lady said she'd ask the boss and got back to me with a quick and firm no. I said nevermind I'll order from elsewhere, a few minutes later I get a call telling me there was actually no mistakes there was just a "mix up" and best they could do is give me a free Pepsi.. you'd think youre a valued customer if you order/support them often but they don't care they just want your money.. Not the first time I've seen poor customer...
