Worst experience EVER. This place is absolutely horrendous. I went today to pick up some food and I was greeted with very sour looks instead of a smile by what seemed to be the owners of the place since their son was there. I was in a good mood and I remained extremely polite. I looked at the menu on the wall and started placing my order while asking certain questions which the man proceeded to answer. He then got a call and I continued to look at the menu. The woman then took over but very rudely asked “If I was done, if I want anything else”. I said yes and that I had a question . She replied with a very aggressive tone “yes I’m here to answer your question”. Implying that I shouldn’t wait until her husband was done on the phone to finish placing my order. I was taken aback by the aggressiveness but continued to place my order nonetheless. The man finished on the phone and took over. I asked if the beef in oyster sauce had any vegetables inside. He replied no, that it was just the beef. So I ordered that along with a large soup, a plate of shrimp and veggies, egg rolls and some crunchy noodles for the soup, which of course are an extra charge of over a dollar. My total was around $50. I waited for the food and when I left, I said thank you. No reply from either of them. EXTREMELY bad customer service. You would think that people in this industry would be kinder to the people who are pretty much their bread and butter.
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!
I arrived home to find that the beef in oyster sauce that supposedly had no veggies, was DRENCHED in onions and was sitting on a bed of lettuce. As far as I’m concerned, those are vegetables. I don’t mind the lettuce but I cannot stand onions and I know I’m not the only one so that’s definitely something that should be mentioned to people when they are ordering a plate and bother asking what’s in the dish.
The egg rolls were completely stale, so much so that when they broke, you could see how the dough had become white. It honestly looked like they had refried the egg rolls from a couple days ago.
And lastly, when I looked at the crunchy noodles I paid for for the soup, I realized there was about 10 noodles in the bag. Not even enough to be considered 2 tbsps.. which is ridiculous considering the price they charge for them.
So not only was the customer service complete garbage but the food was subpar and full of negative surprises.
With the amount of competition in the area in Asian restaurants, these people should definitely try harder, in every sense of the word.

Everything have had here has been very good. Service is always amazing and they take the tax card! A definite bonus and a plus plus plus in my book.
I love soup and spicy soup is at the top of the list. This is a Thailand 🇹🇭 specialty soup with shrimp, tomatoes and mushrooms. It is so amazing and reminds me of my trip to Bangkok. I love this place and you can find me sitting in the corner by the windows. Best seat in the house.
The other great soup is wonton with noodles. It is just what you imagine a delicious filling wonton soup should be. It is made with care and authentic tasting as you can find around these parts ...

Keep in mind I am accepting paying extra for that, as I am aware the cost is different. This time, the guy taking the order, which said he was the place's manager, said what I was asking was not possible at all, paying extra or not (the item I am requesting is in the menu...), that the last three times I had ordered this successfully was a mistake from their employee or that I'm wrong. Well maybe you should learn from your own employees' resourcefulness, because you lost 50$ not willing to accommodate the change, which was not requiring any special items to be made. i'll take my business...
