The sushi burrito is just awesome to look at. And even nicer how you can watch them prepare it

They have some really good burrito options that are chef specials where they have already put the toppings for the type of burrito you order. I think you can also make your own from the toppings that are available as well from choosing a protein, to toppings and veggies

Fairly quick even when there is a line. The kids ate this for lunch and both gave thumbs up.

I was waiting for something else so I didn’t get to observe the service, but they seemed to keep composure well even with a small lineup.

Watching the store worker/cook was like watching master artisan working, the attention to detail left waiting in excitement to try this delicious sushi burrito. By my last bite I only want more! (Didn’t know what to rate atmosphere as it’s a food court, so to not tarnish this beautiful stand I’ll rate it a 5)
