Some employees are really nice but others need more training with customer service. Better manners and more smiling goes a long way!
My Review for Today:
I thought communication was a part of the job requirements to work here. When the employee at the window (actually most of the employees) don't reply to your question with even one or two words or even talk the whole time your at the window, then this makes the experience unfriendly and a dissatisfied one. A smile or two goes a long way as well!
Obviously there's been no improvement on the lack of communication and customer service here. I can't be the only customer experiencing this. Its a shame cause since a year or two ago, their customer service as a whole has gone greatly downhill and makes me not want to choose Macdonald's...
Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this McDonald’s drive-thru with the same server, Manpreet. On my recent visit, my order was missing a fork and a straw. When I honked politely at the window to ask for them, she responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
I’ve also noticed on several visits that she wears AirPods while working, which makes it difficult for her to properly listen and communicate through the speaker. This not only slows down the service but also creates unnecessary frustration for customers.
McDonald’s is known for quick and friendly service, but unfortunately, her attitude and lack of attention really bring down the experience. I hope management can address this so future...
Read moreI visited this location yesterday and ordered the new vegetarian burger. As a pure vegetarian with a fish allergy, I asked if the burger was cooked in separate oil. The staff member hesitated, then acknowledged that there could be cross-contamination, and finally advised me not to purchase it since they could not confirm.
This lack of clarity is concerning. For customers with dietary restrictions or allergies, transparency is extremely important. Restaurants should clearly inform customers upfront if vegetarian items are fried in the same oil as meat or fish products.
