McDonald's — Restaurant in Charlottetown

Was in there today and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I got my coffee , I was told to sit down and Harlem ( or whatever her name is) will bring the food to me. I waited 15 min...nothing...I asked her again...she said they're still preparing them.6 other people got there food before me.i asked for a refund and she was really ignorant. This is a fast food restaurant...it can't be that hard to make two sandwiches....I don't have time for that because I have to work. This is totally unacceptable and I will call cooperate...and by the way...why are there no canadians working anymore?...

I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location. I politely asked for a bag for my order, but the staff member (Kelly)responded with attitude and handed me a tray instead. Even after I explained that I needed a bag, she continued to act rude and made faces at me. When I told her she was being rude, she replied, “you too,” which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy. Seriously everytime I go here with my app it scans a offer and then it says it's been already used .The thing is I just opened it up for the first time so how can be it be invalid.I am getting really tired of this because I spend a lot of money at McDonald's in Charlottetown because I go about 3 or 4 times a week to other locations.This location is the only one I find I have issues with.If I don't hear back from someone body on this issue I may be taking my business...
