I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spicey Chef in Charlottetown, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the evening.

I'm sorry but I have to say I was quite disappointed. We had the curry nachos which was actually very few nachos on a plate soaked in curry and smothered in cheese. The sauce and the cheese would be the most expensive part so I don't understand why they're so stingy with the nachos. I expect to be able to pick up the nachos and eat them, I had to use a fork to eat them with.

I had the Curry Seafood which was extremely Bland, I thought it would have a little more tomato base with a nice curry flavour. What I got was a very pale so-called Curry with frozen Seafood. Definitely would never order this again. Overall when three people spend $100 on a meal in my opinion you expect a little better quality. I'm sorry for this bad review, it was my first time at your restaurant and I don't think I would go back. With all the competition out there in the restaurant industry, I would hope that restaurants would take the time to present excellent dishes. You're not the only restaurant that I won't go to anymore. I find overall food quality in a lot of the restaurants around Charlottetown has really gone downhill. It's expensive to eat out, I hope in the future you recognize the food that's coming out of your kitchen and try to make it better. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt welcomed and pampered by the food and the services, everything was very well handled. From appetizers to desserts, this restaurant exceeded all our expectations! Our family especially enjoyed the appetizers. I appreciate the team for putting together such a good experience.
