Restö — Restaurant in Chelsea

Came here with my girlfriends to enjoy a nice dinner during our spa day at Nordik. We ordered the cheese board to start (which I forgot to get a picture of because we all dug into it so quickly) and it was delicious!

For our mains, of my friends ordered the salmon and was very happy with it. Another friend of mine ordered the burger which as she said “not the best burger I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst.” It was a bit dry but the overall dish was well put together.

I ordered the bolognese pasta which doesn’t appear to be on the menu anymore. However, if it does appear back on the menu upon your visit to this restaurant, I will say, it’s not a typical bolognese pasta dish. The sauce itself is on the chunky side and the dish is topped with mushrooms and green onions which, as an Italian, wasn’t what I was expecting when ordering a bolognese pasta dish. The taste/flavour profiles were great, it just wouldn’t be a dish I return to because I’m not big on mushrooms and chunkier sauces. If that’s something that sounds appetizing to you though, I’m sure you’ll be more than happy with the dish because the flavours were great. If I were to return, I would definitely order the salmon because after trying my friend’s dish I instantly wish I ordered that.

Went here with my fiancé to enjoy a late dinner at the Restö after a relaxing day at the beautiful, local Nordik spa in Chelsea.

To begin, we were promptly seated and greeted by amazing service. The individual handling the water was on point. Andrew, our waiter, provided an authentic, personalized waiting experience which elevated the whole meal on its own to another level. The vibes and decor are rustic and well-designed. Overall, the service was amazing.

Now, the food was, for the most part, good. The bruschetta was amazing and I can definitely recommend you give it a shot. My four cheese ravioli was great. However, the Nordik burger was a little overcooked and dry (Although the dish itself was well seasoned and garnished). Dessert was on point too and I would definitely recommend the vanilla cheesecake.

Overall, a pleasant experience. If you're already in the area and planning a trip to Nordik, make sure to give Restö a visit too in addition to the other bars and hospitality that the establishment offers,...

Went with my husband and shared the bruschetta - which is probably the best I've had! I wasn't terribly hungry, so I got the soup of the day - beef and barley - which seemed a little light on the beef. But it was hearty, came hot, and was very filling. Husband got the burger and salad, both were solid. However, service was slow. When we were done, we had to ask someone to flag down our server so we could settle and leave as she was non-existent. For the price we paid, I would have expected better service - the bussers were good - collecting dishes, filling up water glasses, etc. We were there during peak lunch rush, so it wasn't a surprise that things took a little longer than usual, but after we got our starter, I almost asked about our mains as it felt like they forgot about us.
