5 things... let's start with the good things.
The wifi is good, and a couple of the you her staff are great and friendly.
Now the bad.
One time it took me 40 minutes to get chicken nuggets, good thing I wasn't going anywhere.
Another time my nuggets weren't fully cooked, which I know were rushed by the fact I had to wait. The fact nobody was before me and hardly afterwards tells me they just weren't even ready for one customer
I was refused a receipt when my credit card was charged for 8 mcgriddles instead of 2. I asked for one. They said they needed it. I told them I need one too. All they did was smile and wave as if I'm going to screw them out of money.
Another time my debit card was charged over 50 dollars instead of 17. I was given a refund, but couldn't put fuel in my vehicle until the next day so I missed a few hours of work.
Lastly. With all due respect, I can't wrap my head around their choices of drive through staff. The one woman is lazy and clearly doesn't give a damn. I will give her the benefit of the doubt since she has an accent, and a lisp, but when the lady compounds it with the lazy slurring/mumbling, I can't understand a word of it. Furthermore, God forbid I ask her for clarification or to give me a coherent string of words in a polite manner. This woman also gets angry and rude whenever I request a rephrasing or something that I can...

It’s full of them complaining about nothing to the staff while ordering a cup of barely passable coffee. You’ll want to smash one in the face with a ceramic mug. (PS I’m not a “millenial” so try again).
This isn’t the worst McD’s in the world, but close to it. Staff always looks stunned, or maybe high? People standing around, looking lost in a sea of chaos, apparently lacking a shift manager. Drivethru is okay if you hit the late shift. I recommend going inside and using the order board, but be warned - if you order anything that wasn’t premade 12 hours ago, you’re in for a looooong wait, and some uncomfortable glares from the counter staff while you wait.
Original owner ran this place like a well-oiled machine and taught the staff some character and ethics. Now it’s run like a jr high school cooking class. Good place to use for a case study against minimum wage being cranked through the MFing roof...
Read moreVisiting the area and decided to get two big boxes of coffee (Karaffe), for the gathering will have at the lake, and after long wait, I really have to go, I understand coffee takes forever to make, but the person in the counter was kind of slow and need more training and coaching, manager on duty no proper communication with the crew, instead giving them attitude and scold the team. Miss Maidy (if spelling is right), you can give your team a constructive feedback (appreciate and correct them). As I have asked refund for my other box of coffee, instead of telling me and tell Me to go call ahead. FYI we are visiting the area and pass by so decided to get coffee. And the coffee your team made will not be wasted as it will be with the next customers. Please have a different method or way politely of saying your customer/s and tell me “call ahead of time etc etc…” I appreciate your suggestion but I’d rather have you give the benefit of the doubt to each customer/s. I am not from the area and we pass by and...
