Milano Pizzeria Rockland — Restaurant in Clarence-Rockland

I have to say that up until today I liked Milano’s pizza. I order pizza almost every Friday and I try all of the pizza places in Rockland. One of favourites was Milano’s but not this Friday. I had to return my two pizzas because the pizza dough was raw and doughy. I drove back to the store to complain and showed them that the dough was raw. They apologized and advised me that they would redo my order. I was told twenty minutes so I ran a couple of errands and went back twenty minutes later to be told at that point that they were just then making me fresh pizzas. What happened to doing that twenty minutes ago. I waited in the parking lot another 22 minutes. He advised my pizzas were ready…I should have looked at them there. Got home and one of the pizzas was cooked to perfection and of course my pizza was worst then the first one…the cheese was white and the crust was even less cooked. I had to put it in my own oven to cook it further but it’s hard to cook the pizza rust without burning the pizza. I just couldn’t eat it. I work hard for my money to just waste it. I’m truly disappointed. To the restaurant defence I think the lack of staff on a Friday night is ridiculous…there was just one guy making...

First time ordering delivery here since Jumbo Pizza closed. I ordered something simple, pizza and zucchini’s and they didn’t have any more zucchini’s so I ended up getting popcurds instead. They never gave me back 4$ since the popcurds cost 10$ and the zucchini’s were 14$ and my order was already paid for online. Pizza is not fully cooked through, popcurds portion is small compared to the zucchini’s portion and they could of well have put more in there since I did pay more but they did not.. and missing the garlic sauce already paid for as well.. and top it all off.. the delivery driver was extremely rude to me since I did not see an option to tip the driver and thought I already did online.. he rolled his eyes at me, did not even say anything else and walked back to his car.. you will be losing customers if you keep this up, I can understand it was very busy because of the holidays but doesn’t give you the right to treat your new customers that way.. first and last time I order from this...

After seeing Facebook post, I decided to give the hippo pizza a go.... this pizza is enormous! Very impressive and would be a great conversion starter. We found the pizza under cooked, the toppings on the combination 1/4 were a bit weak and there is something about the cheese I can't put my finger on. But after cooking it more on the BBQ it definitely tasted better(see picture). I would suggest the pizza stay in there at the very least 5 more min or until the crust has a crispy bottom. It was just too doughy. Staff seem to be in great spirits and the owner was super nice to my 3 kids. For this I gave them 4* instead of 3. You get a good bang for your buck, I ate pizza for 4days!!! I will order again but request the pizza gets cooked longer and I will only order it with cheese and pepperoni, the Hawaiian was good too but the others...
