UPDATE I would like to be able to accept the apology as I am a very forgiving person however, nobody yells at a customer like that unintentionally. If you truly believe it was unintentional then he needs serious training. There was no need for that type of behaviour. I could understand a bit more if I (the customer) had been difficult or was yelling and being rude in return. Even then your job is to serve the customer with respect, the same respect I gave to the driver even though he was being agressive towards me. I've worked in customer service and continue to do so, and never have I ever seen anything like this nor would I ever expect and employee to act this way.
Original Review The delivery driver who is also apparently the manager was very aggressive and continuously yelled at me because he couldn’t find the right door. I apologized multiple times and remained calm while helping him find it yet he still yelled at me more and then sped off before I could even pay. He then continuously called me the next day while I was at work, trying to get me to pay for the mistake he made. When I refused to give my credit card information over the phone (for security reasons), he continued to yell. When asked to speak to the manager to solve the issue he simply told me it was him and so I offered to see if I could pass by in person after work. Read moreWe have given this location 4 different tries and each time we have ordered they have given 4 different problems. The first time during the "soft open" the owner full on yelled and cussed at my husband for not tipping right away, the second time the delivery driver was warned and asked to come in for the order since our evestrough has a leak and we can't fix it till the snow is gone and he refused then yelled at us about it. The third time it was marked delivered and never showed and when we called they said it was marked so there is nothing they can do. Tonight was the last straw, not only did they change our estimated delivery time twice they marked it as delivered and didn't show up for 10 mins AFTER they marked it but the pizza was cold and deflated, we ordered home style got thin which was burnt and leathery and the sauce tasted like it went bad. We called asking for a partial refund and they refused and said they would only give us credit. Sorry but 4 out of 4 times and horrible service everytime we will not being going back. Read moreWalked in at lunch time Saturday to an extremely dirty store! The front counter has a plastic menu which is caked in greasy grime with blackened dirt stuck to all of it. Dirty floors, food prep counter just looked so filthy.
They also stopped offering fresh Parmesan and red pepper flakes. When I asked the worker, who appeared to be the only one there, he barely spoke English and was very confused about what I was asking for.
Gone are the days of yummy pizza hut serving quality pizza and offers of freshly grated Parmesan to top it off and big jars of red pepper flakes right on the table.
Now they throw a half cooked pizza to you over a dirty counter in a dirty box ( photo in the photo section of this website) with the most minimal of toppings.
