If I could redo my life I would not have come to this "restaurant"
First, I called this location directly to enquire if they has chicken pot pie, as I had a serious hankering. I was told that yes, they serve it in the dining room but not as takeout or drive through. Hence where the trouble started.
When entering we found the place to be very dirty. The tray area where you bring your finished tray was completely full and overflowing with leftover chewed up food, chicken parts and garbage, but there was only about 6 people inside the restaurant.
Several tables were filthy and the condiment area was sticky and in serious need of attention.
The counter person and kitchen person were very busy flicking a ball of paper to each other across the food counter though, so possibly this is why the dining room was so trashed.
I ordered but find out that nope, they don't serve chicken pot pie at all, only at Christmas! Sadness.
I ordered a different meal and had to repeat myself twice. After standing and waiting quite a bit ( my partners plate was out and getting cold on the play/food counter) I received the wrong meal.
I asked them for the fried chicken a third time and asked how long it had been in the warmer since they had to ask a few different cooks if they actually had some prepared.
This led me to believe it doesn't get ordered often. At this point I asked for a full refund of the incorrect meal and they offered to make it fresh instead. It would take an additional 7 minutes.
By this time my soup was barely lukewarm and my partner was dining alone. Plus the actual meal I wanted was 7 bucks more! So 60$ for a cold soup, dried out club sandwich, 3 piece fried chicken, which is severely underseasoned and from frozen, bland fries.
They also did not provide cutlery for my meal or sauce bowl and when my partner went to ask he was informed they had to more clean utensils and bowls! We were given cardboard bowl and flimsy plastic utensils.
For a 60$ meal every aspect of this experience is severely lacking.
This was a second chance visit because the first time I visited a few years ago it was not satisfactory.
I will not visit again and would never recommend this establishment.
Better served to grab food at the hot counter at independent grocer and eat in my clean car.
Shameful edit Generic food, generic response. Even if it was free, I will never eat this...

Wow. Where do I even start?
First time at St-Hubert and definitely the last. For starters â overpriced. $44 for two sad, tiny meals plus an extra $4 tip just to sit there on sticky floors covered in sugary drinks. Yum?
Portion sizes? Laughably small. I got three underwhelming chicken strips that looked so depressed they shouldâve come with a therapist. Fries? Unsalted and bland. Bun? No clue what it was but it was sloppy, bland, and flatter than my enthusiasm after stepping on that sticky, uneven floor past the entrance.
The food prep? Uninspiring, disappointing, and totally lacking in presentation. These were sad, depressing meals â they looked and tasted like nobody cared. It felt like they were just thrown on a plate with little to no care.
The place was empty. And weirdly enough â no one greeted us when we walked in. It was just⊠awkward. At least Kathleen was friendly once we found someone. But with prices this high and the whole experience so underwhelming, I honestly wish they had some promotions or deals â because thereâs absolutely no incentive for me to ever come back and become a repeat patron. I have zero drive to give this place a second chance.
If youâre gonna charge this much, at least clean the place, season your fries, and put some effort into the food.
đ 1/5 â save your money and your tastebuds. Not...
Read moreI was at your location today. Sunday December 16th and I went to the drive thru. Even during the order process the girl that was serving me was slow and kept repeating the the wrong thing to me. After I drove to the window I can tell the car in front of me was having the same problems. Her order wasnt right. When I got my order I drove to the parking lot and looked through the bag and I knew it was gonna be wrong. Missing half my order and gave me extra stuff I didnt order. So I drove around and went back to the speaker. Now I had to wait in line again while the good half of my order was getting cold. I got to the window and she gave me my other half but I had to re-ask for all my sides again. Coleslaw, Dips, my Drinks. Then before I left I asked the girl if she got my extra gravy and she said yes it's in the box. Well I got home and it wasnt. So I didn't my fries or the extra buns I bought. Dinner was ruined. It's so frustrating for a customer to go through this especially when we live 20 minutes away. I hate complaining but this was by far the worst experience. And the staff should be better trained. They were all over the place. They seemed...
