Sadly disappointed with our Subway experience today. We entered the restaurant at approx 11:23 and exited around 12:04.
Service was slow, perhaps due to there being short staff put the pace of the employees left to be desired. A paramedic was in line before us and she unfortunately was delayed in returning to work due to slow service. The restaurant ran out of bacon, tomatoes and avocadoes while we were there.
Our subs were toasted but remained on the cutting board for approx 10 mins, meaning by the time we ate, they were lukewarm. We intended to eat in the restaurant but due to time restraints (caused by the service) we had to eat at home.
Cookie assortment was also lackluster. They had 1 M&M, a few chocolate and whit chocolate and approx 7 Choc chip cookies. The M&M and chocolate chip were stale. Perhaps from the day before.
Disappointing as we arrived before the lunch rush and still they seem unprepared. We also were a witness to them incorrectly prepare an online order also, the sandwich was prepared on bread instead of the flatbread that was asked.
The only highlight to our lukewarm and missing ingredient meal was the young man who came in for his shift and started right away to help with the line up that was waiting to be served.
We expected more effort and preparedness at the time of day that we there. We will undoubtedly be making our own subs at home thanks to some buns and fresh veggies from our local...

My coworkers (we work in a group home) and I are snowed in at work. We cannot use our company vehicles and can not leave the premises. So we ordered from this subway.
We ordered 3 build your own subs, 2 of them had very simple notes on them.
All 3 subs were done incorrectly. The notes from one sub was put onto another sub. The sauces were all wrong. It was actually a mess, not one sub came out right. The ciabatta mini sandwich was fine but thatās just preset, so they couldnāt mess it up.
We called, asking if we could possibly have it resent and the person we spoke to was very nice and admitted that it was busy at the time of making the sandwiches. Honestly, sure thatās fine and understandable. She said that if we could get someone to pick it up that they would remake the subs.
2 hours later we get a call from Subway saying that the manager isnāt going to give us our correct order because he watched each sub get made and said they all came out perfect š¤£š. So heās rude and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tell ya, nothing has changed in that store. Went Monday to buy a sub and those poor students having to deal with a unprofessional manager. Manager is female whom gave the team such attitude when they asked for help with toppings as they were swamped with customers lined up. Who as an adult rolls their eyes and tells them to get it themselves in front of customers. Your previous manager female as well disrespected the employees as well in front of customers, these are just kids working! They choose to do so, they don't have to! Most of these kids save money and go off to university to not end up making peanuts managing a subway! God forbid we should encourage them. This is not my first sighting of this manager disrespecting those kids! Do better subway with manager selection and you would have shortage of foods or tension atmospheres. Of course as a customer from years now we all know nothing will change and the employees will probably get in trouble for the managers actions. Absolutely unacceptable....
